Face Treatment through Beauty Channel
Not refunding the amount

Hello Sir/Madam,

Greetings!

I was persuaded by a beautician to take a 10 sittings/session of beauty treatment for acne. The whole treatment was costing about Rs 7, 500, which I paid upfront. After two sessions, I developed severe acne all over my face and had to resort to the medical treatment. My doctor has suggested that I should not take any further beauty treatment for my acne problem. I approached the beautician for a refund of balance amount since, I am no longer taking their service but she refused saying either I should take some other service/treatment or write off the amount. What should I do to get the refund? Since I am not any more convinced about the quality of service, I do not want any other treatment from them.
