I joined fitness first recently they are cheaters they dupe their customers they keep on charging you even if u dont use their services. I was operated for surgery in upper abdomen and informed Prashant Gautam their consultant about the same and asked him to adjust my membership. Despite of that they still charged me. for next month. Now i want cancel the membership they again want to levy a heavy charge on me. They charged me on my card without my knowledge ..pls suggest what can be done for them.
