FORTIS HOSPITAL JAIPUR
NOT SIGNING THE PATIENT DETAILS AS ASKED BY MEDICLAIM

My wife Dr. Jyotsna Tomar was admitted in fortis hospital where she was operated for cyst.

The bills of the hospital were duly paid at the time of discharge.

Now when the mediclaim people are asking for the patients report xerox from the hospital which they have recently added for genuinity of claim.

The hospital guys have produced the xerox copies of the same but they are not signing them.

They have made us wait for over a week and the documents are not yet signed.

Whenever we go they say the concerned person did not sign and they are just ignoring it.

Already the matter is delayed a lot and the bill is of 40, 000/ which we might loose it if we dont submit it to the mediclaim people immiediately.

Please do some thing immiediately or else we loose the amount
