They correspond in name of Modi healthcare, but give cheques in name of Sanman Pharmaceuticals which bounces everytime whenever we deposit in bank.

Cheque no. 293928 Dtd. 29.05.2012 for Rs. 67304/-

They agreed to return our amount, but, since then they have been lying that payment has been made to our account, and we should wait for amount to be credited in our account. They have been repeating the same lie since last 17-18 weeks. Now, they are not even responding to our emails or calls. Through your website, we would like to inform the public that to be cautious while dealing with these cheaters, and liars.
