Sir in naryanguda dog hospital when patients are coming to hospital due to dog bite ..the security people were first not giving way to patients only they are calling the people those who bought bikes, mopeds etc and they collecting 10 rs for parking in govt hospital at naryanguda ipm.for cup of tea 4 rs and for parking 10 rs.
