Quality complaint in FUSION POWER cartridges

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that I bought 5 blades cartridge pack from a shop in sadar bazaar during my recent trip to Delhi. This cartridge contains blades is grey and orange colour. I have kept one cartridge and the casing of the cartridges for your checking. The quality of these refills was very bad and I felt burning sensation after using the same.

I am your loyal consumer from the day i did my first shave and also keep on buying your best products. Please take this issue seriously with your quality control department and confirm.
