Wrong Information of Product

Hello,

I had asked for a dandruff Seagel solution from Hair n Care Chennai. These people gave me the wrong information and gave me the Hair thickness scalp solution instead and charged me around 2000 Rupees. Since it was a teleponic order I recieved the product and after seeing the description on the product there was no mention of dandruff. Still these people to sell the product said me to use it and it had no side effects but later I found after using that I had lost half my hair and there is no solution of dandruff in it.

I dont care abt the money lost but about the trouble this product has given me. I want suitable action to be taken against hair n care Chennai to be taken for the health hazards and wrong information given.
