Unethical and unfair business practices

My wife is getting treatment at h&g clinic located in GK I, New Delhi. Before beginning the treatment, they told us that an amount of Rs. 16000/ (net amount after some discount) for a treatment period covering six months. It was paid as a all-in-one package cost for the treatment. Big promises were made regarding hair fall treatment, start of the hair re-growth within 2-3 months and solution of all hair related problems. It was a package deal. But in the middle of the treatment, the clinic stopped the HFT treatment and told us to pay additional Rs. 4000 to have four more sessions of HFT. To demand money in the mid-course of the treatment is not only highly unethical but clear breach of trust and a very unfair business practice too. Having paid the huge sum, my wife has no option but to continue the treatment. But no HFT is being done and it goes without saying that satisfactory result now cannot be achieved even after paying hefty amount at the very beginning of the treatment. Immediate intervention is solicited to prevent the clinic to stop unethical and unfair business practices and also to provide the full treatment with no additional cost. Moreover, they should be asked to pay the appropriate compensation for the deficiency in service and for duping the clients/customers/patients.
