Dear Sir,

I am Charan Singh Saini took Health policy from HDFC Ergo on 29.03. i have admitted in hospital due to suffering from cold and cough than i come to know that i got attached by asthma. All documents with regards to mediclaim forwarded to HDFC ERGO Hyderabad office, they have raised 3 times query about doctor certificate and same has been provided to them now they asking same thing again.
