Service & Behaviour is not satisfactory

My wife had undergo through a treatment at h&g clinic located in Rasbihari, Kolkata. Before beginning the treatment, they told us that an amount of Rs. 5000/ (net amount after some discount) for a treatment period covering six sessions. It was paid as a all-in-one package cost for the treatment. Big promises were made regarding double chin reduction, starrt showing result after 3rd session. It was a package deal. But at the end of seven secession when there was no impovement doctor told us to pay additional Rs. 5000 to have seven more sessions of double chin reduction. To demand money by faling to satisfy customet is not only highly unethical but clear breach of trust and a very unfair business practice too. Having paid the huge sum, my wife has no option but to continue the treatment. But still there was no improvement. Immediate intervention is solicited to prevent the clinic to stop unethical and unfair business practices and also to provide compentation of 50000/-. Already my lawyer has sent a legal notice on this by asking the mentioned compentation but still no response form there side. So Please help me to get the justice form them.
