I admitted my father for an operation of haematology in Apex Institute Of Medical Sciences, 1219 servey park, sammilani park, santoshpur, kolkata-700075 through mediclaim under Dr. Sandip Roy. And the operation is good. Operation held on 25-07-11. After operation we show that some nervous problem seen. I told my doctor who operate the operation. Doctor consults with neoro doctor, Dr. Susanta bhattacharya about this problem. Doctor told that Susanta Bhattacharya will visit but he not write in his letterhead presciption bcos operation process was going through mediclaim process so if he reported then mediclaim may be cancel. Thatwhy he apply wrong way for visit but nursing home give me money receipt on doctor's letterhead. My father discharge from apex on 28-07-11 at afternoon. At night on same day my father's behave like mental pration. We went Dr. Susanta Bhattacharya's house for check-up my father. But he said from his 1st floor room that he can't go, I said the whole history that he visited my father and he suggest medicine nemed- PARKIN AND CYNKAPONE. After heard that he denied that and infront of me shut the window. Then I consults with doctors over telephone and came to know that main cause for mantal behavior due to psyco-drug inject. then doctor advice me, stop the medicine and give him alzoram .25 and next day visit a good doctor for checkup. Due to that medicine still now my father feel not easy, he feel so much wick/sick. I request you to please take some steps on Dr. Susanta Bhattacharye, regn. no. 46366. If something happen with my father something to much wrong then who will responsible for that. And also i have a request that in nursing home or hospital if the nursing home authority came to know that the patient come with mediclaim then they try to collect all limit of mediclaim in their bank's account. So it is my heartiest request you please see the matter and control the doctors and nursing home.
