Very very very bad service delay, no proper communiation

Had received the above mentioned coupons to get the medical test done for my family from Dr Aparna Soni,

Contacted your people too but they did notcome back to me for the test

After so many follow ups with ur given contact numbers (022 67123456)

the test was done on 1-Apr-11

I was told by my doctor that if there is a home visit they will charge additional Rs-100/- but if it is the same place than it will be Rs- 100 only for n number of people. still i paid 200 for two people

They told that you will receive the report on 5-Apr-11 but still i have not received. I called Mr- Jay- 9867658850 and Ms-Seema- 9702001810 four times today also yesterday they said that they will check and come back but i have still not recieved any reply

This is the very bad experience for me and caused lots of embarrasement to me

If i dont receive my reports by today i will raise this whole issue to consumer forum

Kindly do the needful as early as possible

even your helpline numbers are useless, ur email ID's are useless
