Request for issunig of Identity card of West Bengal Health Scheme 2008 not being worked out.

A form headed certificate of enrolment dully signed by B.D.O. Siuri-I Devision Block Kalipur Birbhym disbursing officer of the Goverment Pensioner Atanu Kumar Adhikary ex-Operator-cum-Mechanic of Agri-Mechanic Block Division Office Division-I of Baruipara (Near Radhaballav Temple Siuri-731101 having

Pension Payment order no. PPC/(C) 120004/P on 19/10 asking for attaching him in the West Bengal Health Scheme 2008 from 1st November which was accepted by the Tresury Officer Treasury-II Siuri on that next day i.e. 20/10 with Docket No. 3684 and as per infomation of Mr. Dilip taking care of Pension holder receiving their pension from State Bank of India that the medical allowance of six months Rs. 300 each a gross of Rs. 1800 will be deducted from the pension for month of April.

NOW MY QUESTION IS THE PENSIONER WILL GET THE FACILITY WHEN AFTER HOW DAYS AFTER HE WANTS TO COME UNDER THE WEST BENGAL SCHEME 2008 BECAUSE THE IDENTITY NOT BEING ISSUED BY THE DISBURSING OFFICER B.D.O. SURI DEVISION BLOCK KALIPUR BIRBUM TILL AFTER SIX MONTHS?

WHEHTER A PENSIONER WILL ONLY SUBMIT HIS MEDICAL ALLOWANCE TO THE GOVERMENT FOR THEIR PROFIT AND GRADUALLY REACHES TO DEATH?
