Blackmailing and cheating the employees

I am one of the employee in Hetero Med Solutions Pvt ltd

We are suffering lot of problems in outlets and as well as management management behave like any thing, lot of harrasment torcher, and they are using vulgar language

In outlets we don't know whether systems problem or employee problems every month we are paying 500 to 1000 cut of salary or cash due to short of medicines and some time managers and supervisors taken the medicines with out bill that will also employees problems management will cut of salary

Management will singing the bond and blackmailing cheating pay 5000 to 10000 then only given to back certificates

These are the problems we are facing so please kindly taken the necessary action and return back to the certificates to all employees even pharmacy certificates employees also they don't pay anything
