Hiranandani Hospital
Greivance with the pharmacy of the hospital

Hi,

I have greviance with Hiranandani Hospital in Thane. My father was sick and I went to see a doctor in the hospital and the doctor after seeing him, prescribed medicines for only 3 days (3 capsules).

However when I went to the pharmacy department for the medicines, they forced me to either buy 10 capsules which were around rs 500/-, they said that their policy is to give all the medicines and do not cut the strip at all. Since I did not have a choice I had to buy all the medicines.

Appreciate if some strict action could be taken against the hospital.
