Not removing virus

Purchased kerpersky internet security 2009 with licence # 09D8-0004CE-054A4D77 and having licence upto 4/19. Doing upto date of the antivirus regularly. Now my Computer affected with virus and the virus is not being removed by the antivirus. Now the dental software is affected and it is not working properly.
Please advise me what to do.
