Hi,

I have got the reference of your website through a link on google search which shows list of customer complaints against HnG clinic.

I am taking the treatment for a skin disease from this clinic (New Delhi, GK Branch) and they asked me to deposit fees for whole treatment (INR 14, 000/-) in advance for 6 month package including medicines, lotion, PSP & peeling session.

Now when I have paid the whole money in advance they are asking for INR 2000 per sitting (2 sittings per week) extra.

I have escalated this issue to the branch head but all in vain.

Kindly help me and suggest further action.
