I Have bought proactive products through net.and i used that products 25 days before buy these products i saw an advertisment on tv i saw they sell this products with guarantee if consumer would not satisfied with their products then they can return the products and take the refund so i m not satisfied with the products and want to return the products so kindly help me out of this and tell me about this process
