Egarding base plan

I purchased health policy for my mother. The base plan for cover 300000. was suggested with top up plan of rs 800000 cover. A medical chekup was required by the company but company did not manage medical chekup. But amount of rs.3033 for top policy was deducted from my acount. I call several times for medical chekup but failed. Now i want to refund my premium for topup plan because without base plan top plan is use less.policy details are as follows.
