Not releasing the medical treatment bills of patients handled by the hospital under tpa in time as per the agreement

This is to draw the kind attention to the fact that the so called best tpa service of the country owned by ttk healthcare services do not care to stick to the terms and conditions agreed upon by it with the hospitals. Chandrakala Hospital and Institute of Medical Research founded by a well known Indian American doctor Dr. J E Chandrashekar under a non profit self sustaining charitable trust namely Archana Indo American Hospital Trust had signed an MOU with ttk healthcare services pvt. Ltd for tpa services. Unfortunately the bills due for the treatment of patients are not settled even after several months though the requirement is to settle within forty five days. This is putting into lot of difficulty to sustain this self sustaining charitable hospital which has made a name in Mysore as can be ascertained from the Rotary clubs and other leading NGO's and Industries. The Rotary Club of Mysore has joined hands with this Hospital after a survey of its functioning to start a state of the art blood bank which has been of great service to a large number of hospitals and the public and the needy. As a Managing Trustee of the Hospital I request that this matter should be taken up for redressal of the grievance. The facts may be verified any time by sending someone to the Hospital to go through the records.
