Non recipt of amount

I sumitted the documents for closure of the policy no;00486227 (icici pudential life tme pension) on 28-8.according to the advice of sr. financial service mange., I took another new policy"icici pru lifestage pension ad"policy no;14458567.it was assured that the amount for the surrended policy no;00486227 will be deposited to my bank account no:12330100083101 in federal bank at rr metha nager branch, chennai within eight days .till date i didnot recieve the amount.but the amount for the new policy was already withdrawn from my account .my constant follow-up with the concern have not realised the amount.
