Not receive Complete Medical Kit

I enrolled for IHO health services in Sep, but untill today I didnot receive their completed Medical-kit and cards. Over an above the customer service is pathetic. Whenever called CSS, they said the complaint has been forwared to the concern department and will receive a call from them. Till today no call receive, but the same answer like a parot from CSS.

A suggestion, avoid and be-aware before enrolling their services.
