Cancellation of membership

I became a member of IHO comprehensive health plan vide transaction id 2562 and my son in law vide transaction id 2587. Your representatives Mr. Ashish and Mr. Chandan had told us that the membership card would help us in getting discounts on purchase of drugs, and health check up. I produced the card at the chemist in goregaon but he refused to accept the same nor are the doctors accepting the card in Mumbai.

I got in touch with Mr. Ashish on 23jun and informed him about the difficulties we are facing on his cell no.8750094544 which he had given me for future assistance. He promised me to check about the same and revert, which he has failed to do till date. As these cards are not valid in Mumbai, I would like to cancel our memberships, and request you to please refund my money.
