Misguide

Hi,

I am totally misguided by your IHO team.

Though I have been told by Mr. Gaurav that I can avail this facility from any lab/hospital, helpline members from IHO are denying this.

Mr. Gaurav also told me that after enrolling myself to IHO I will be receiving e-card within half hour.

It's been 20 days I haven't received any kit or card for testing with Lab/Hospital.

I have been attended by Rajni/Manju from helpdesk team and promised by them that I will be receiving kit.

Please help me to cancel my enrollment and refund my money as I think this is fake company.
