EXCESSIVE CHARGES BY HOSPITAL

I had used services from Image Hospital, one of my cousins was admitted here due to Food poisoning. Her stay in the hospital was just for 10 hours and we were charged with a bill of Rs 5971 for unnecessary things like inhalant which is not required during food poisoning as well as the patient was not given proper medication and governance from the doctor. We were charged for the medicines which were not even provided to us. Also the condition of the ward was totally bad according to the amount what we were charged for. We were even charged for the IV stand.

Above all these things the doctor for which we have been charged Rs 350 did not even once come in personal to visit the patient in fact she was even on duty in the hospital that day. Our case was of food poisoning and that was handled by a causality doctor whereas it should be handled by an experienced doctor because of this we had to move from the hospital.

The staff over there had a very bad conduct of behavior and were replying rudely in case of any inquires.
