Neither provides samples nor returns money

We agreed on the price and quantity of the pharmaceutical products with

Zeal Pharma (23/A BOPAL HAAT SUNCITY S.P.RING ROAD BOPAL AHMEDABAD - 58.

We wanted samples to check the quality of product, and paid for the

samples on 4th May. After they received the payments, they told

us that they don't have permission right now to manufacture the

product, and they need permission from Indian Drug controller, and it

would take 3-4 months to get permission. When six months passed, and

they couldn't provide samples, we asked them to return our amount. They

agreed to return our amount, but, since then they have been lying that

payment has been made to our account, and we should wait for amount to

be credited in our account. They have been repeating the same lie since

last 3 months. Now, they are even writing threatening emails.

Through your website, we would like to inform the public that to be

cautious while dealing with these cheaters.
