Scheme as tele caller told was not their after payment

I have transacted for the IHO membership the tele caller told the future are not present in the scheme as they maid the scheme is only for the day on 10th may hence they convenced like any thing maid me to transact when i call and maid mail also their is no reply from them and also i have requested for the cancellation within week the resopnse from them is nill. Please ensure the system for proper chanel from them. And help me to get my money back.
