Transaction made based on false information and denied returning the amount back

Hi, My name is Mr. Prabha V Malik and live in Thane West, Maharashtra. On May 17 I received a call from Atul Sawant claiming he's a senior manager from Indian Health Org Mumbai branch and started explaining the health plan to me for about an hour. At first I was very happy because I was going to enroll my mother and sister who live in Goa for this health plan. He stressed that he would hand over the hard copy of the terms and condition to be personally as he lives near by my area and asked me to make a temporary transaction using my credit card (ICICI) where they would block INR 11, 250 and claim it only when I was happy with the plan. As per him, he was supposed to send me a few vouchers free to experience their service before my approval. I never received the hard copy neither any soft copy from him till date. I must have told him a thousand times that I'm only considering this because of my mom and sister who live in Goa so that they can avail the benefits. A day went by and I received a welcome call from the Delhi office from Amit (May 19) where I was shocked to know that they already took my money without my approval. Besides, when I repeatedly asked them to send me the terms and conditions and my plan details as Atul mentioned that they have very little on their website, I was even shocked to see there was "NO CITY FROM GOA IN THAT LIST OF SERVICES". I was in Goa on May 20, and I immediately called their toll free number 18001034466 to confirm and later cancel my plan due to "NO SERVICE" in GOA. This is mere cheating or fraud despite telling all of the people in IHO I spoke to that I was looking for the service in Goa. I have been following up myself for my money with IHO however they are not ready to pay the amount back and simply delaying the process. They neither call nor escalate but simply take the details and erase them later.

I'm writing this to seek justice and warn the general public to be careful before you make any such transaction, They provide services only in 19 cities in India so be careful with your money as it will be a repeat of what I'm going through,
