Not received health package ever after payment before one month

Myself Vaibhav Motiram Kini, I made full payment of 4, 400/- for Health Saver Plan before on month through credit card.

Still i did not received any package, i called-up them many times but not even proper response by them.

I complaint there Customer care to cancel this plan and refund me my payment. (as they have refund policy).

But they like ignore me.

Please help me and help to stop this type of fraud.
