Big fraud and cheating Case

Dear Sir,

With deepest pain and no option left, I am writing this complaint to you with a hope that you will help me get out of the deep mental torture that I have been facing in dealing with this Organisation called Indian Health Organisation Pvt Limited since last 3 months.

While I have written a letter to them and they gave their reasons, I would like to now file a big fraud and cheating case on them as the answers that they provided is totally contradicting to what they had committed initally when I was made to take their IHO card with false promises

Brief facts of the case (anyhow I am attaching the detailed note what I had sent to IHO as a reference point to you) are as follows:

My father was due for a high risk CABG surgery in Oct 11 and before a week of surgery date, I got a call from this organisation called Indian Health organisation Pvt Ltd and they totally confirmed me that the hospital that I referred is part of their empanelled list and I told them that total estimated expenses would be approximately INR 3 lakhs and they confirmed me clearly that I would get easily 50% of the total hospital value as discount. Based on this commitment, i took the policy and I felt its blessing in disguise for a middle class person like me for whom 3 lacs is a big amount. But from the date of surgery, they showed me all sorts of films and kept on shifting gears every day. If you just get the voice recorder of my conversation with them, you can easily make out how IHO cheated me by giving false promises and took me to a ride.

I can provide the actual proofs through a registered post, if required.

I hereby request your kind help in sorting this matter out and consider my complaint of cheating and fraud case on IHO to the tune of INR 15 lacs due to the mental torture and blood pressure, this organisation has given me.
