Fraud promises, not having any renown health checkup centre or doctor linked with them

During selling of health card they promised somany things but their responce is very poor, the customer care disconnect the line without proper reply, they don't have any renown checkup centres.i ask them to refund my money but after 3 months they have not return the same.
