Cheated by Indian Health Organsation

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I cancelled my health card on 29-03, they told me you will receive a call from cancellation department but I’d not received any call from the cancellation department. When i called to the customer care, every time they told me you will receive a call from cancellation department in today evening but after 12-13 days i have not receive any call or response from any department.

So i requested you please solve the matter and refund my money back.
