Cheating by I H O

I have purchased a plan from IHO for Rs. 4400 where they clearly told me that if u do not like our plan we will refund you money.

After receiving a product from them I requested them to refund my money but till date they have not processed the refund. Executive from them Have confirmed that I will get the refund but till date refund is not processed.

Earlier they were declining to give the refund and offered me Polo watch. Which was self indication that company has realised that they have done the mistake.

Only god knows when it will be shorted out.
