DEAR SIR/MADAM,

This is to take down your kind attentionwhile switching over to plan 99 199 I had confirmed from the executives available at *333 that on which connections I can call for free. They told me that you can call on Reliance CDMA, Reliance GSM, Reliance Landline for free, but to my surprise when I got my bill amount I found that it was all wrong and I was charged for GSM and Landline also. Now, please tell me if this was not so then why the executives gave me wrong feedback. Isn't it a thrust to the beliefs of our valuable customers???
