Non receipt of ordered and paid Article

I ordered 3 articles viz. Kingston 8 GB Pen drive, Glucose Monitor and Citzen Digital Blood Presure Monitor at a Cost of Rs. 3081/= including packing and shipping Charges. The Order No. was 10749. Out of the three itms, items 1 & 2 were delivered to me correctly. Item 3 B.P. Monitor has not been delivered to me though approximately 2 months have elapsed. On several Querries with the Company they gave me a No. AWB 6163638213 of ARAMEX Couriers and on enquiry from the Couriers it turned out to be that of the Pen Drive which has been delivered to me on April 4th. It is obvious that they have either failed to send the item or the Courier delivered only one item instead of two. I stay alone in my address and the article has not been delivered to me. If the company assures that the article has been delivered let them prove that to whom it has been delivered. This is a case of Malfunction of On line Purchases inviting the attention of buyers to stop on line purchases.
