UNNECESSARY TEST/REPITITIVE TEST

I had gone at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences on May 10 for getting Kidney Liver Function Test (KFT) and IVP done. However I was insisted to get test done for Blood Urea and Creatinine separately. However these test are included in the KFT. Upon receipt of the report I was surprised to see that these test are already included in the KFT. It is worth mentioning that both the receipt (Receipt No. CS018549 & CS018556) for all these three tests where issued at the same time by the same person (Ms. VINITA). When i enquired why i have been made to undergo the Blood Urea and Creatinine separately when these are covered under KFT. The Hospital staff admitted that there was a mistake on there part in getting the repetitive tests. When I asked them to refund the money for the test they had done by miStake on there part the Hospital Staff simply refused to refund the Money.

This is another case of extortion of money by Private Hospitals.
