Excess billing

Good day,

My wife was admitted in fortis noida for cesarian on 25-11-10.after delivery of child No ressuciaation was carried out and this is well established in Child specialist report.

But their billind dept cxharged 4200 rs for it. When it was shown to them the accounting dept headed by one surinder pal gave all cock and bull stoiy and refused to rectify it.

i want to file a case pls advise. Have all the documents with me.

Pls also note that doctors make only one visit per day but two are charged.

pls advise how to sue this.
