Not received the promised supply of shampoo & conditioner for a year despite registeration

I purchased jawed habib total hair therapy by calling HSD within the time advertisement was running on tv which promised quarterly supply of free shampoo & conditioner for one year. i got registered for free supply immediately after receiving the pack but even after >4 months of subscription have not received any supply.
