Hair Straightening

I would like to inform you that I had been for Hair Straightening at one of the Loreal Parlours named Runah which is located at I.C.Colony, Cross Road No.5 in Borivali (West), Mumbai.

Just to bring to your notice I was told that they will be doing Hair Rebonding on my hair as I wanted to get them straightened. However after they started the treatment they said that they will be doing hair straightening and not rebonding and even that was not done properly.

My hair got spoiled after that and when i went there to inform them about the same as i was getting hairfall and alos there were many waves in my hair. I was told that it is proper and they did not pay any attention to my hair.

I would like to mention that they do not offer good customer service as well as I feel that the products taht they use are not proper or the procedure taht they follow is improper.
