Condom torned

On 1st febuary 2011 i bought a kamasutra condom pack of 20, and when i was using it i found after some time it got busted or punctured and thn completely torned. Me and my wife is so depressed and in tension. This is not expected at all from such a reputed company. first time i used kamasutra condom, regularly i use kohinoor condoms and quality is very good, even kamasutra condom pack they mention 20 piece but only 19 piece's will there. how public will believe such fraud companies...
