Mediclaim money not given

Hello, I Nilesh Patil have taken a mediclaim policy from Karvy Stock broking limited whose policy no is 154400/46/10/8500000191 in the name of Shriram S Patil. My father was admitted to a hospital on 22.11.2010 (also informed the company during hospital admission) and i have claimed the money and sent the relevant documents. But now the company is not giving me the claim amount stating that the documents are insufficient. i have submitted all the documents which they have asked, and now finally they are saying that the company has closed this insurance policy and so we will not settle your claim. Kindlly help.
