KM Memorial Hospital and Research Center, Chas, Bokaro
Mal treatment

If you love your friend/family who is sick and needs treatment then DO NOT go to this hospital. It is a filthy place, even a pig sty would be cleaner. They do not care about the well being of the patients and only are concerned about the money. The lavatories stink as if they were never cleaned. The patients keep crying for attention but no one listens to them. All doctors think that they are "gods" by themselves and never consult amongst each other. As a result most of the patients get wrong treatment and their condition worsens. Hospital management keeps on asking for money. There are no waiting rooms for attendants. They are forced to lie on the corridors like luggage. The hospital is extremely dirty and yet they claim to be ISO and zero infection. The mortality rate in this hospital is high. Dialysis room is dirty, outsiders enter it and leave of their own free will. Charges are extremely high. There is no Nephrologist either. All the nurses are young teenagers with little or no experience and the doctors leave the fate of the patients in their hands. There is no separation among patients in the ICU and CCU. Both of these units are high infection and high mortality zones. This is just a money laundering business of its owner. The NICU is so pathetic most of the babies admitted there develop further complications. There is no patient help desk, receptionists behave in a high handed manner. The "hospital management" is invisible. Doctors fight and argue with each other. All this hospital wants is money money and more money. So whoever you are, if you really love your friend or family member do not go to this hospital. You will end up losing your dear one as well as all your money.
