Improper Treatment of illness

Dear sir/madam,

My Grandmother admitted to KOKILA DHIRUBAI AMBANI HOSPITAL in ICU on 22 Oct and she expired on 7 Nov due to improper treatment. The staff of doctors and nurses are very rude with patients and their relative, they change their statement everytime about patient recovery. Sometime they say kidney is not working sometimes they say lever is not working n sometimes they say patient has pallete. They dont share medical reports with patients relative n dont inform about recovery.

In ICU they are least bother about hygiene all mess is on floor they dont clean floor and even dustbin is full they dont empty tht one even, sister doesnt know how to inject its really shocking.

I hope that something should seriously be done in this matter as there is lack of experienced nurses and very very rude staff of doctors n even security guys are too arrogant VERY UN HYGIENIC ATMOSPHERE IN ICU...
