Dear sir,

i had received an offer letter from kpj seremban hospital giving me the post of manager biomedical engineer on salary of 5200USD per month.

they had given me contacts of prof.fazli adilah. foe getting a employement registration certificate which require 1420$ fees... please guide me sir is this valid or fraud?
