Egistration fees taken but no work provided

I Dr. Dipti Khajanchi after speaking to Mr Anirudh Nene in May had registered with his company for teleradiology services.

the contract does mention that the money is non refundable.

i was assured that i would ge teleradiology work immediately after registration as a panel doctor with them.

A fees of Rs 2500 was taken from me and a receipt was also provided.

For teleradiology i was asked to have a Laptop with Net connectivity and antivirus protection. I purchased the same to begin the work of teleradiology.

But till date i havent received any work from their end.

Also Mr. Anirudh Nene does not answer my calls.

his calls are answered by Mr. Mahesh who always assures that he will ask mr nene to speak to me. again this has been a year he is saying the same thing everytime.

I feel cheated.

My money is also gone as the contract says its non refundable.

My request is to please return my money back.

also when i purchased the laptop etc, every month i was just paying my net bills without the use of it inspite of having a laptop of my husband with net.

i demand money from their side for all the losses.
