Overcharging of newspapers

The newsstand at Lakeshore hospital, Cochin (Time & Again) is overcharging for the newspapers.

Instead of the combined price of Rs, 6/- for Mathruboomi and Times of India, they are charging Rs. 8/- . And my protest and complaints land into deaf ears. It look like there is no value for the print price, and the commitment from the newspaper.
