Non receipt of lic maturity cheque

My Lic Policy No. is 432832924 and Matured On 28-12, I already Sent Original Policy deed With Discharge Form to my lic office, Arambagh branch (Br. Code-449), Arambagh, Hooghly, West Bengal. The matured amt is to be Rs. 20241/- and it is very urgent to me but i have not received any cheque from their end though it is already past 7 weeks till today. I have contacted that Arambagh Lic office several times with there Branch Manager but they are reacting very relactant is this regard.

Please take necessary action at your end so that i can get the matured amount as soon as possible and oblise me.
