Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the following Policies:

2. Policy No 175023957

3. Policy No 172481747

4. Policy No 481382337

5. Policy No 533888151

6. Policy No 480196795

All the above policies were in the name of my father Late Sh NN Datta. We have already submitted all the necessary documents for claiming the amount of these policies, inspite of several visits to the office of the LIC of India, Ambala Cantt, we are yet to receive the amount for these policies.

I hope that the matter will be looked in to details and we should be provided with our due at the earliest.
