WRONG ANNUAL LOAD

On scrutiny of annual loads on my husbands policy, Rs. 15.00 were charged every month. However, in june Rs. 1369.50 were unreasonabally charged. This has resulted in lower maturity value. We have lodged a complaint with them long back. Reply is still awaited.
