WRONG REPORT - CBC

My name is Mr. Jagdish Vithlani, Age 35y, staying in malad west,

on 16of may i went to "LIFE CARE MEDICAL CENTER" at malad west for my CBC testing. I got my report at 7.30 the same day.

This report was very abmormal - it says that

1: Haemoglobin &- 21.7 gms. % (Dengerous)

2: R.B.C Count &- 8.28 x 10^6/cmm (Abmormal)

3: PCV &- 66.2 % (Abnormal)

I was worried about my helth & got tension & chest pain (the whole night i got this report) next day i consern my doctor & he said it is a very dengerous report & i can get heart attact or heart storcks.

I thought let me check this report once again from some other lab, so i went to Suburban diagnostic on 18.05.2011 for recheck.

Reports are as followes:

1: Haemoglobin &- 14.3 gms. % (Normal)

2: R.B.C Count &- 5.47 x 10^6/cmm (Normal)

3: PCV &- 42.9 % (Normal)

such a big mistake this LABS are doing

i called them up today 19.05.2011 moring for the same thing & they are saying its typing mistake. They will check my report again & give me corrected report

i want to take lodge complain & take action against this " LIFE CARE MEDICAL CENTER"
